Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the strategic brand leader across multiple clients and brands, guiding the development and implementation of innovative brand strategies.
  • Oversee the activation of resources to execute brand strategies through a comprehensive omnichannel approach.
  • Demonstrate leadership with a well-informed perspective while actively listening to foster alignment among teams and clients.
  • Engage in strategic client meetings, offering clear and substantiated viewpoints.
  • Collaborate across departments as an integral team member.
  • Conduct market assessments to maintain a thorough understanding of market opportunities, competitive landscape, clinical environments, customer segments, and brand differentiators.

Identifying Unmet Needs:
Exhibit curiosity in exploring the underlying reasons to uncover unexpected insights that can drive market evolution.

Brand Planning Structure Development:
Establish unbranded platforms, brand identities, positioning, creative frameworks, and essential strategies throughout the brand lifecycle. Facilitate and lead key strategic workshops with clients.

Campaign Development and Evaluation:
Support the Creative Team throughout the creative process by providing research findings and other relevant materials.

Experience:

Preferred experience in rare diseases and/or oncology strategy. A minimum of 8 years in healthcare communications is required, with expertise in managing both launch and established brand strategies. A strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and its strategic implications is essential. Candidates should be enthusiastic about learning new disease categories and treatments, with the ability to synthesize information to create organic business opportunities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, along with a passion for producing BOLD work that influences behavior change and improves health outcomes. In-person client travel may be necessary.

The salary range for this position reflects the base compensation that an employee may earn within an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors, including professional experience, training, responsibilities, and organizational needs. The range provided is one aspect of our comprehensive compensation package.
