Position Overview:

As a Clinical Radiation Specialist, you will be an integral part of the healthcare team at Piedmont Columbus Midtown John B. Amos Cancer Center. This full-time role involves performing precise tumor localizations and administering ionizing radiation to patients across all age groups, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, as directed by the supervising physician.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting tumor localization procedures.
  • Administering ionizing radiation treatments.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education Required:
Graduation from an accredited radiation therapy program recognized by ARRT. Registration in radiation therapy with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists is mandatory. CPR certification is also required.

Minimum Experience Required:
No prior experience is necessary.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
No specific licensure or certification is mandated by law.
