About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team at Fidelity Investments. As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in guiding our development teams in adopting and implementing agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute sprints, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Facilitate agile events, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to promote team collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coach and mentor team members to develop their agile skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Monitor and report on team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Introductory Scrum Master certification required; advanced certification preferred.
  • Substantial experience working with agile teams, with a strong understanding of agile practices and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
