**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate Technical Designer to join our dynamic team in the intimate apparel field. As a key member of our Technical Design Department, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of our business by working independently and collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure consistent fit, aesthetic, and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Participate in fit sessions and provide relevant input to ensure accurate garment approvals.
  • Communicate effectively with overseas factories regarding fit samples and provide clear directions.
  • Maintain fit records for communication with factories and create tracking reports of pending samples and statuses.
  • Perform and manage special projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion and meeting business objectives.
  • Ensure strong garment construction and grading knowledge across different size ranges.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize based on current business objectives.

**Requirements**

  • Associate degree in Fashion or equivalent experience working in Technical Design.
  • 1-2+ years minimum of industry experience working as a technical designer.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Intimate Apparel is a plus.
  • Effective Communication - excellent verbal and written.
  • Working knowledge of garment manufacturing process.
  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Strong computer skills (PLM, Illustrator, and Excel).
