Job Description

The Commercial Territory Manager role involves planning, developing, and executing commercial initiatives to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or business, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve 100% of monthly, quarterly, annual sales plan by managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to meet sales targets.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Kate Farms products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial initiatives.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations.
  5. Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
  • A minimum of 5 years of recent sales or equivalent related work experience.
  • Registered Dietitian preferred.
  • Possess a proactive attitude, initiative, and drive.
  • Must possess computer skills with a keen understanding of business software such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word documents, email, and calendar.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently.
Salary Range: $67,000 - $110,882 USDBenefits:
