Ryder Systems seeks a skilled professional to fill the role of National Sales Leadership Position, responsible for driving sales growth and strategic account development.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in developing and implementing sales strategies that yield significant revenue growth. They will be able to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop plans to capitalize on them.

In this position, you will work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to establish and maintain relationships with key customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a network of contacts within these organizations, staying up-to-date on their needs and preferences, and identifying new opportunities for growth.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should be highly organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary Information:

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $70,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Transportation, or equivalent field
  • 5+ years of demonstrated sales excellence in prior sales responsibilities
  • 4+ years of experience at the Ryder CBU level or similar
  • Roundtable achievement preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships
  • Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
