Saint Luke's Health System is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our Microbiology team. This role offers the chance to conduct a wide variety of diagnostic tests in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment. Work Schedule: PRN
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts precise and dependable analyses that involve intricate procedures and multiple variables.
- Identifies and resolves technical, instrument, or physiological issues, assessing root causes and exploring alternative solutions.
- Validates and confirms laboratory findings using comprehensive knowledge of methodologies, principles, and equipment.
- Interprets and correlates data, considering physiological factors that may influence test outcomes.
- Develops and oversees quality assurance initiatives.
- Engages in performance enhancement activities.
