Key Responsibilities

- Deliver direct patient care to adult and geriatric populations.
- Address psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care in the surgical environment.
- Maintain continuous communication with physicians regarding patient conditions.
- Assist in the upkeep of equipment and inventory management.
- Ensure readiness of procedure rooms and equipment.
- Procure necessary supplies for individual cases, ensuring the needs of the Cardiovascular Laboratory team are met.
- Monitor physiological and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Continuously observe and document patient conditions while in the Cardiovascular lab.
- Engage in performance improvement and quality enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
2. Active state Registered Nursing (RN) License required.
3. Current BCLS (AHA) and ACLS certification upon hire and must be maintained.
4. Minimum of one (1) year clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab or Critical Care setting required.
