About the Role

The Executive Vice President (EVP) will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a unified vision and mission for Friends of the Israel Defense Forces (FIDF). This strategic, collaborative, and inspiring leader will be responsible for the daily management and operations of the organization, implementing the strategic vision, direction, and commitments set forth by the CEO and Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the execution of an organizational strategic roadmap to best position FIDF for continued growth and secure long-term sustainability.
  • Build a collaborative fundraising environment and develop innovative solutions to business and environmental challenges.
  • Oversee all FIDF strategic planning with metrics to drive accountability and regularly make decisions critical to the short-term and long-term success of FIDF.
  • Foster alignment and collaboration across the organization and play a diplomatic role working directly with regional and chapter leaders.
