Job Overview

PURE Property Management is seeking a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team.

Compensation Range: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour

Payment Schedule: Biweekly

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

The Assistant Property Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing client satisfaction and retention by fostering positive resident relations through consistent communication and follow-up throughout the property management process. This position involves maintaining excellent relationships with residents while assisting the Property Manager in addressing inquiries related to maintenance requests, rent payments, scheduling inspections, lease renewals, and more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary liaison for all tenant communications.
  • Keep accurate records in property management software for all maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion of work orders within estimated costs.
  • Support the Property Manager in the lease renewal process.
  • Coordinate the Move-In and Move-Out procedures with tenants.
  • Draft Notices and other routine correspondence as directed by the Property Manager.
  • Engage with prospective residents interested in available properties.
  • Maintain communication with residents throughout the rent collection process.
  • Assist in preparing Security Deposit Dispositions in compliance with state laws and company policies.
  • Prepare leases, ensuring all necessary addendums and attachments are included before presenting them for tenant signatures.
  • Ensure all property and tenant information is accurately documented in property management software.
  • Maintain all communications within property management software to provide up-to-date information to team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid Driver's License in KY.
  • Experience in residential property management is preferred.
  • Operational vehicle required for job duties.
  • KY Real Estate License is a plus.
