Role Overview:
The Client Success Manager plays a crucial role in nurturing and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders and accounts to enhance our commercial operations. This position focuses on three primary objectives: elevating the Paul Davis brand visibility, advocating for our services, and fostering industry connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of property and facility managers within commercial establishments.
- Engage in proactive outreach to potential business clients through various communication methods.
- Conduct B2B sales targeting clients in the commercial property sector requiring restoration services.
- Arrange face-to-face meetings with prospective commercial clients.
- Strengthen and expand existing commercial relationships.
- Document and track weekly activities and scheduled meetings.
- Formulate and implement sales policies, principles, and procedures.
- Maintain a detailed log of commercial client contacts and sales pipeline.
- Analyze market trends to determine optimal sales strategies.
- Coordinate and promote company events related to marketing initiatives, including seminars and community outreach.
- Assist with documentation for significant projects.
- Monitor and report sales data using our primary operating system.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to enhance local office visibility.
- Conduct market research to support lead generation efforts.
- Participate in team meetings and company training sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Strong customer service and administrative skills.
- Effective time management and meeting facilitation abilities.
- Assertive and self-motivated with strong sales skills.
- Ability to learn and utilize our primary operating systems.
- Capability to coordinate marketing events effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of two years in an outside sales role.
- At least one year of experience in customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Experience in the restoration, construction, or insurance sectors.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs.
Work Environment:
The role primarily involves indoor work, with occasional outdoor activities. Employees may experience varying temperatures and noise levels.
Travel Requirements:
Local travel may be necessary based on job duties.
