About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Clean Harbors. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the daily completion of routes by motivating and directing team members, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and adhering to all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Route Management: Manage the flow of service requests to ensure customers are serviced in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Driver Training and Development: Train, develop, and manage sales and service route drivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Customer Service: Meet with customers periodically to discuss their needs and ensure they are satisfied with our services.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue, and implement strategies to achieve these goals.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure the efficient operation of our routes and services, and implement processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Clean Harbors' policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of motivating and directing team members.
  • Operational Knowledge: Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures, with the ability to analyze and improve them.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and ensure their needs are met.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate computer skills, with the ability to use software applications and systems to manage routes and services.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Route Driver Experience: Previous experience as a route driver, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this role.
  • Previous Dispatch/Logistics Experience: Previous experience in dispatch or logistics, with a strong understanding of the processes and procedures involved.
