Key Responsibilities

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Facilitates the daily operations of the Registration, Cashiering, and PBX departments, including the supervision of team members. Availability to work during weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, and overtime as required is essential.

Required Qualifications

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferred experience of four to five years in a healthcare-related environment, particularly within a hospital context.
  • At least two years of supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Some college coursework in a relevant field is advantageous.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are mandatory.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite, is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish are necessary.
  • Must show dedication and compliance with UHS's Compliance Program and Code of Conduct by adhering to all policies and procedures, attending required training, and promptly reporting any suspected compliance issues to the Compliance Officer.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

LICENSURE:
A High School diploma, GED, or higher education is required. Completion of CPI training within six months of hire and maintenance of certification thereafter is expected.
