+ At this level, the role typically has full ownership of one or more processes, reports, procedures, or products, and may also be viewed as an analytical or procedural expert representing a unit or team on cross-functional projects or deliverables.
+ May oversee the daily tasks of junior-level employees.
+ Appropriately assess risks when making business decisions, demonstrating particular consideration for the organization's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal conduct and business practices, and transparently escalating, managing, and reporting control issues.
Qualifications:
+ 6-10 years of relevant experience.
+ Background in a quantitative discipline.
+ Exceptional analytical and practical problem-solving skills.
+ Strong understanding of the consumer lending sector, customer lifecycle, and profit and loss management.
+ Experience in segmentation, modeling, and optimization techniques.
+ Familiarity with the Financial/Credit Card Industry.
+ Proficiency in analytical tools (such as SAS E-miner, Knowledge Seeker, SPSS) and methodologies (including regression, CHAID, simulation).
+ Experience with big data and machine learning technologies (such as R, Python).
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
