Role Overview

The Esthetics Education Leader will inspire, guide, and mentor Future Professionals in both technical skills and guest service excellence. This role is essential in creating exceptional learning experiences in the clinic classroom through objective-based education (O.B.E.), mini classes, and specialized learning centers.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid instructor license for Esthetics.

The ideal candidate will have a diverse background in skin care, prior teaching experience, and familiarity with Paul Mitchell products. A genuine passion for educating, motivating, and mentoring Future Professionals is essential.

This position demands effective communication skills, professional development capabilities, and a strong sense of teamwork. A valid instructor license for Esthetics is required.

Essential Skills and Competencies:

  • Experience in teaching at a cosmetology institution.
  • Current Esthetic instructor license.
  • Outstanding organizational, coaching, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment.
  • Strong work history with verifiable references.
  • A passion for the beauty industry.
  • Integrity and professionalism.
  • Preferred knowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical frameworks.
