Job Title: Digital Product Management Leader
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Management Leader to join our team at Elevance Health. As a Digital Product Management Leader, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership of digital product management associates and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate the needs and insights of Specialty Rx Customers into a roadmap of specific initiatives, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Renew analytics data and metrics dashboards to understand user needs, opportunities, and existing product performance.
- Work with stakeholders, partners, and delivery teams across the entire CarelonRx portfolio to ensure on-time, on-budget, on-target delivery.
- Assess digital impacts of initiatives, prioritize work team activities, and address execution obstacles.
- Communicate status, priorities, strategies, and success metrics to constituencies including management and other team members.
- Organize and facilitate standard agile operating processes, including research planning, capability needs, product roadmaps, release communication, and budget management.
- Ensure initiatives meet stated business goals and solutions are delivered with quality.
- Collaborate with a broad matrix of Product Owners, UX Designers, Content Strategists, Project Managers/Scrum Masters, business requestors, and subject matter experts.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years' experience leading responsive web product management.
- 5 years' experience building digital customer-facing products, at scale.
- 3 years' experience building customer-centric digital experiences (B2C).
- 2 years' experience with Agile processes, such as SAFe, Scrum, and/or Kanban.
- Proven track record of successfully shipping superior digital products.
- Strong working knowledge of all key functional areas, including usability, UX, design, marketing, and information architecture.
- Ability to collaborate with front-end development and software architecture teams on delivery.
