Role Summary

About You:

We are in search of a skilled Recruitment Specialist with a solid background in comprehensive recruiting processes, ideally possessing 4-7 years of expertise in talent acquisition. As a proactive recruiter, you have a talent for discovering and attracting exceptional candidates through diverse channels, including social media, job boards, and direct outreach. Your communication abilities, both written and verbal, are exemplary, allowing you to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers alike. With a strong focus on relationship-building, you foster and maintain connections with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders, ensuring a seamless recruitment journey. Additionally, you are an analytical thinker who utilizes data and metrics to guide your recruiting strategies and enhance processes continuously. You will play a pivotal role in driving our growth as we expand our team with outstanding talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive Recruiting: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Actively seek and engage top-tier talent through various sourcing methods, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Initial Screening: Conduct detailed phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment with the organization.
  • Interview Coordination: Organize and facilitate onsite interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience for candidates.
  • Offer Management: Present job offers, negotiate terms, and streamline the hiring process, ensuring a smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, provide updates, and offer strategic insights on recruitment best practices.
  • Continuous Process Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, consistently refining and enhancing the recruitment process.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other recruiting and HR administrative tasks as necessary.
Qualifications:

Essential Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 4-7 years of experience in comprehensive recruiting, preferably in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing methodologies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in various sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing and talent pipeline development.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven assertiveness and initiative in taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
