Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively looking for a Housing Services Specialist to join a dynamic organization in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you will be essential in enhancing client outcomes and elevating the overall support experience by facilitating care, advocating for individuals, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with employment opportunities and housing connections.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with clients to guarantee access to mental health resources, job placement assistance, and housing security.
  • Keep precise and current documentation of client evaluations, service plans, interventions, and results.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year in Customer Service roles.
  • Strong commitment to supporting homeless populations.
  • Skills in de-escalation and conflict management.

Benefits

Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), commuter benefits, and a 401K plan. Employees have the flexibility to select coverage that aligns with their individual needs. Paid leave options may include Sick Leave as mandated by law, and other paid leave as required by Federal, State, or local regulations, along with Holiday pay subject to eligibility.

Compensation: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
