Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at DLR Group. As a key member of our integrated design team, you will be responsible for designing mechanical systems from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement mechanical system designs for a wide range of building types.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with architectural and structural designs.
  • Prepare detailed engineering reports, calculations, and drawings to code.
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 7+ years of experience in a MEP firm working on commercial/public projects.
  • Professional Engineering license (P.E./PE).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • LEED Accredited Professional and experience participating in the LEED or other green rating system process.
  • Experience with BIM (e.g. Autodesk Revit MEP) workflow.
