Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pest Control Specialist to join our team. As a Pest Control Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch pest management services to our clients, ensuring their homes and businesses are pest-free and safe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and develop effective treatment plans
  • Implement pest control treatments using industry-leading methods and equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and education
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of $19.55 for the first 3 months, increasing to $20.15 for months 3-6 and $21.25 after 6 months

Requirements
  • No prior pest management experience required; we provide comprehensive training and coaching
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Physical ability to lift and carry equipment, as well as work in various environments
