Key Responsibilities- Provide Clinical Services: Administer immunizations, including COVID-19 and flu vaccines, and provide MTM interventions to patients, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Engage with Patients: Greet patients, offer assistance with products and services, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Develop Strong Relationships: Anticipate customer needs, offer proactive services, and develop strong relationships with valuable customers to enhance their experience.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the use of Good Faith Dispensing policy in conjunction with state and federal controlled substance laws when filling prescriptions.
- Product Review/Retail Fill Process: Have ultimate responsibility for ensuring that the elements of Good Faith are present.
- Experience: 1 year of experience as a Pharmacist.
- Skills: Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district, Certified Immunizer.
- Education: BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
