Profile of an Exceptional Service Professional:
We refer to our technicians as Service Professionals because we adhere to high standards and are devoted to executing tasks correctly on the first attempt. Although this is an entry-level role, you will gain the skills to act as an observational biologist or detective with a keen eye by the conclusion of our comprehensive training program, led by our team of certified pest management authorities. Our Service Professionals assist clients in resolving intricate pest issues through their profound knowledge of pest biology, favorable conditions, and tailored strategies we offer to address them.
When we perform our duties effectively, we provide peace of mind to our clients who rely on our expertise to tackle their most challenging pest problems. Numerous pests can cause significant disruptions, posing risks to our health, properties, and even business reputations. We take pride in knowing that our successful efforts help protect our clients from potential dangers associated with these pests.

~What You Will Receive~
Compensation:
$19.55/hour during the initial 3 months of training
$20.15/hour for months 3 - 6 of employment
$21.25/hour after 6 months of employment
$22.85/hour after 1 year of employment

$2,000 sign-on bonus for pest management specialists hired with a valid pest control license at the time of hire, disbursed in installments

Training:
This entry-level position does not require prior pest management experience. Our accredited pest experts will provide all necessary training and coaching for success.
Full pay is provided during the training period.
We cover all associated service license fees.
