Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Overseeing invoices from vendors and subcontractors, as well as monitoring payments from customers. This role includes ensuring timely bill payments and accurate recording of incoming funds.

2. Project Cost Management: Tracking expenses related to each construction project, including labor, materials, and overhead costs, to evaluate the profitability of each endeavor.

3. Financial Reporting: Compiling regular financial statements, such as profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses, to assist management in making informed decisions.
