About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Services Representative to join our team at PhyNet Dermatology LLC. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dermatology practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering Incoming Calls: Respond to patient inquiries, address scheduling needs, and triage concerns as necessary.
  • Service Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of services and scheduling preferences for all providers at our primary and secondary practices.
  • Collaboration and Feedback: Provide feedback and assistance to improve processes, procedures, and new practice implementations, and actively participate in learning sessions and round table discussions.
  • Technology Proficiency: Demonstrate computer savvy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Attendance and Adaptability: Regularly attend work and adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 0-1 year of customer service experience in a call center, healthcare, or retail environment.
  • Physical and Mental Demands: The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, sitting for extended periods, and using computer equipment. The employee must occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and have specific vision abilities.
Work Environment

This role is based in a well-lit, ventilated, and climate-controlled office environment with routine office equipment. The noise level is typical for an office and/or medical clinic environment.
