Senior Project Manager

Centurion Selection is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple high-end residential construction projects from inception to completion.
This is a unique opportunity to join a reputable Super Prime Custom Home Builder and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate all aspects of custom home construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to establish project goals, objectives, and timelines.
- Develop detailed project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines throughout the construction process.
- Procure necessary permits and licenses, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work and ensure conformance to design specifications and quality standards.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and approve payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
- Lead and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and organized for archival purposes.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction, specifically with custom homes.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building materials, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, BuilderTREND).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
