Are you an experienced Project Manager in the construction sector with expertise in overseeing large commercial projects from inception to completion? If so, we have an exciting role for you.

We are looking for a highly qualified Project Manager to lead our commercial construction initiatives.

This position involves managing a diverse range of projects, including those in hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and senior living.

The successful candidate will possess a solid history of effectively managing large-scale commercial construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.


Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Overseeing the planning and execution of commercial construction projects from the ground up.
  • Collaborating with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Creating comprehensive project plans and communication documents.
  • Clearly communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with project stakeholders, addressing any issues or conflicts that arise.
  • Managing project budgets and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
  • Conducting post-project evaluations and compiling reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction field.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large commercial construction projects, particularly 'Ground Up' initiatives.
  • Experience in sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and senior living.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and financial oversight.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while coordinating multiple activities and collaborating with various teams.
  • A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture is preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.
