Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Development Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Assistant Vice President and the Assistant Dean of Development for the College of Arts and Sciences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute advancement activities and related events, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
  • Serve as a liaison to the Office of Campaign Engagement, recognizing and engaging current donors.
  • Assist the AVP and Assistant Dean in research on donors and prospects, preparing for meetings and campaign briefings.
  • Provide administrative support, including coordinating travel arrangements, research, and calendar management.
  • Generate gift acknowledgments and notifications to appropriate offices and department heads.
  • Plan and execute strategic high-level special events, including the Volunteer Leadership Summit and board-related activities.
  • Serve as liaison between schools and main campus, coordinating targeted solicitations and stewardship of current donors.
  • Support the Advancement office in managing prospect portfolios and fulfilling alumni and donor list requests.
  • Provide support and stewardship for the CAS Advisory Board, coordinating meeting logistics and preparing necessary materials.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Ellucian CRM Advance and knowledge of gift processing procedures, research, and data management.
