Urban Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Urban Development Coordinator to support the Deep Dives Initiative at the World Resources Institute (WRI). The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating project activities, ensuring timely delivery of project outputs, and providing administrative support to the project team.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, creating agendas, and tracking project progress.
- Support the project manager in preparing project reports, tracking successes and lessons learned, and identifying project risks.
- Collaborate with the Grants and Finance Specialist to align project activities with budgets and assist with annual cost planning.
- Assist the research, data, communications, and capacity development teams to achieve global deliverables, including coordinating workshops and knowledge exchanges.
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including preparing agendas and presentations for internal calls.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
- 2+ years of relevant full-time work experience.
- Experience in assisting in the delivery of projects, monitoring and analyzing data, and using organizational skills to track and manage projects.
- Proficiency in English and at least one language (Spanish or Portuguese).
- Existing work authorization is required where this position is based. WRI is unable to authorize visa work authorization.
WRI offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. The salary range for this position is $57,000 - $62,000, depending on experience and other compensable factors.
