The Guest Services Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality standards of the hotel while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role primarily oversees the front desk operations and is responsible for the recruitment, training, assessment, and motivation of front desk personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional and courteous service to all guests.
- Manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and demonstrate strong business communication skills.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when addressing guest and staff issues.
- Possess a solid understanding of computer systems and basic mathematical skills.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
- Have 2-3 years of experience in hotel front desk or customer service roles; prior management experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full-Time
