Position Overview

Plumbing and Fire Protection Design Engineer
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • EIT or PE License preferred, but not mandatory
  • 7-10+ years of expertise in Plumbing/Fire Protection engineering and design within the MEP/FP sector
  • Proficient in managing comprehensive plumbing/fire protection engineering tasks on projects
  • Skilled in designing and drafting plans/specifications, collaborating with clients and project engineers across various project types
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Bluebeam, AutoCAD 2008 or newer (Experience with AutoCAD MEP & Revit is a plus)
  • Experience in Design/Build projects including Commercial, Mixed-Use, Educational, Institutional, High-Rise, Life Sciences, etc.
  • Familiarity with local Codes & Standards, regulatory requirements, and LEED criteria
