Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plumbing/Fire Protection Engineer to join our team at Cosentini Associates, a Tetra Tech company. As a key member of our design team, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise on exciting and challenging projects.
Your Role- Prepare deliverables and products, including calculations, drawings, and specifications, while adhering to our QA/QC process.
- Design plumbing and fire protection systems, including calculations of water, gas, sanitary/sewer, and storm loads.
- Incorporate design changes using AutoCAD and/or Revit software.

Qualifications- Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit software.
- Excellent technical skills, strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge and interpretation of code compliance requirements and industry standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and in a highly collaborative team environment.
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated engineer with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years of plumbing and fire protection design experience in commercial, institutional, and healthcare facilities.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $85,000 annually, commensurate on experience and skills.
