Key Responsibilities
  • Drive branch performance and sales growth through inspirational leadership and collaborative partnerships.
  • Create and maintain a strong customer-centric culture, ensuring exceptional customer service and experience.
  • Mentor and manage branch colleagues, providing coaching and development opportunities to drive sales excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Manage branch operations, including financials, risk management, and compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with community and civic organizations.
  • Adapt to changing business needs, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 4+ years of sales management experience in retail or branch banking.
  • Proven track record of managing objectives, meeting sales goals, and driving branch performance.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing a branch with an FTE count up to 8 or more.
  • Experience working in a digital space, with a strong understanding of mobile and online banking.
  • Ability to work in a remote or multi-unit management environment.
