Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative - Branch to join our team at TelComm Credit Union. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, handling financial transactions, and maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere in the branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process financial transactions, including receiving payments, processing deposits, and handling account inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and reconcile transactions to ensure the integrity of our financial systems.
  • Work collaboratively with other branch team members to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months or more of cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Basic mathematical and analytical skills.
