Dane Street, LLC is a prominent organization in the insurance sector that prioritizes collaboration and client satisfaction. We are seeking a Desktop Analyst I to enhance our IT department and contribute to our operational excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess and address end-user inquiries, delivering hands-on support for hardware, software, and troubleshooting needs.
- Set up and configure new systems and applications tailored to team member responsibilities.
- Oversee on-site inventory management at Dane Street's facilities to maintain security and accessibility.
- Work alongside client IT representatives to resolve issues affecting client services.
- Collaborate with the IT team and other departments to fulfill security assessments for clients.
- Educate system end-users and revise instructional materials as necessary.
- Execute additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Preferred educational background includes an Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree.
- Familiarity with Apple systems and/or Google Apps is advantageous.
- Experience in a healthcare or insurance environment is preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and time management skills are essential.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Physical activities include lifting, bending, and prolonged computer use.
