Role Overview:
The Store Remodel Project Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the high standards of Anderson Merchandisers during complex store remodels and special projects. This role involves overseeing significant product and fixture reconfigurations and executing various merchandising tasks as requested by clients. Please note that this is a flexible, project-oriented position.
Key Responsibilities:
This full-time role is project-based, primarily requiring overnight and weekend shifts, with occasional daytime hours as needed. Specific shift requirements will be outlined in the job title.

The Project Coordinator will report directly to the Project Team Supervisor and Project Team Manager.
Essential Duties:
Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Constructing new sales floor fixtures and dismantling existing ones
- Relocating existing sales floor fixtures, both simple and complex
- Installing basic electronic equipment (no programming or setup required)
- Executing basic modular and counter detailing according to merchandising guidelines
- Moving excess merchandise to designated locations as instructed by store management
- Utilizing basic hand tools and cordless drills
- Performing additional merchandising tasks or audits as necessary

Qualifications:
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Preferred retail experience
- Ability to interpret planograms or modular layouts is a plus
- Physical capability to lift objects up to 50 lbs, with frequent lifting of items up to 35 lbs
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 100 lbs) with assistance
- Flexibility to work various schedules, including nights, overnights, and weekends
- Overnight shifts are mandatory
