Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Engineering, or Construction sectors.
- Sourcing and headhunting senior candidates worldwide, ensuring technical, cultural, and experience fit for industry-specialised roles.
- Discuss individual candidate needs and provide professional advice on opportunities.
- Organise and prepare candidates for interviews, and provide feedback to candidates and clients following interviews.
- Negotiate job offers with successful candidates.
- Enthusiasm, competitive spirit, resilience, articulate communication skills, confident and positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- $45,000 basic salary, uncapped commission structure of up to 60%.
