Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified and knowledgeable HVAC Project Coordinator to enhance our team in San Francisco, CA. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct HVAC service projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with technicians, clients, and suppliers to schedule and coordinate service operations, promoting smooth communication and efficient processes.
  • Keep precise project documentation, including timelines, progress updates, and service logs, ensuring compliance with both company and industry standards.
  • Serve as the main contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing project updates, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Leverage extensive knowledge of the San Francisco HVAC market to effectively coordinate resources and manage project logistics.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of five years of experience in a Project Coordinator, Service Coordinator, or Dispatcher role within the commercial HVAC industry.
  • Candidates must be local to the San Francisco Bay Area and demonstrate a consistent work history.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and building automation systems. Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members, clients, and suppliers.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HVAC-related software such as Bluebeam, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the coordination of HVAC projects.
