Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at Staffing Now. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and Route Calls: Respond to incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, and route calls to the appropriate team member or department.
  • Create a Welcoming Environment: Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and welcoming manner, and ensure that our office is clean and organized.
  • Prioritize Tasks: Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Phone Etiquette: Maintain professional and upbeat phone etiquette, and ensure that all calls are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Communication Skills: Develop and maintain strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, candidates, and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills, including data entry, filing, and other tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and concerns.
  • Availability: Availability to work weekdays and weekends is required.
