About the Role:

  • As a Mental Health Specialist, you will provide compassionate and comprehensive psychiatric care to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • You will work closely with our ER team, rounding on inpatients, and seeing patients with secondary diagnoses on Med/Surg units.
  • The position also involves taking call from home one in every six weeks, requiring flexibility and strong communication skills.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $279,245 to $310,272 per year, reflecting the complexity and demands of this role. This figure may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, our providers enjoy CME benefits available to them.
