About the OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and compassionate therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients of all ages, including adults, children, and adolescents
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Conduct initial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and ongoing monitoring of patient progress
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes
- Degree in psychology, social work, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
- Licensed in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in mental health settings, preferably in outpatient clinics
- Ability to establish effective relationships with patients, colleagues, and supervisors
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $80,000-$107,000 per year
