**Overview of the Position**

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join our comprehensive mental health team at Providence Medical Group - Southwest Washington. This dynamic and supportive team is dedicated to providing exceptional psychiatric care to patients with a variety of needs and diagnoses.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a state-of-the-art facility.
  • Tailor your work-life balance with flexible and hybrid options.
  • Provide compassionate and comprehensive psychiatric care to patients.
  • Work in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including handling ER admits, rounding on inpatients, and seeing patients with secondary diagnoses.
  • Take call from home one in every six weeks.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Psychiatrist to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and the community.

Compensation and Benefits:

The annual salary for this position is between $279,245 and $310,272 per year, which includes productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

Providence Medical Group - Southwest Washington is a dynamic organization of employed physicians and advanced-practice clinicians, providing services in two hospitals and 38 Primary and Specialty Care Clinics within the South Puget Sound region.
