Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join our comprehensive mental health team in Southwest Washington.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate and comprehensive psychiatric care to patients with a variety of needs and diagnoses.
As a member of our team, you will have the flexibility to tailor your work-life balance with flexible and hybrid options, including the opportunity to take call from home one in every six weeks.
In this role, you will work in both inpatient and outpatient settings, handling ER admits, rounding on inpatients, and seeing patients with a secondary diagnosis on Med/Surg units.

Compensation:The compensation for this position is estimated to be between $279,245 and $310,272 per year, which may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
