Opportunity Overview

We are currently recruiting for a talented Child and Family Therapist to join our Behavioral Health department at Sea Mar Community Health Centers. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of children and families in need.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individual and family therapy services, assessing clients' mental health needs, and developing effective treatment plans to address these needs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' mental health needs
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
  • Document all interactions with clients, including therapy sessions and assessment results
