Job Title: Territory Sales Manager Diabetes Pharmaceutical

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer specializing in diabetes medication. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the assigned geographic area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell and promote our best-in-class diabetes medication to physicians and clinical staff at physician offices and clinics.
  • Meet and exceed sales objectives and market share targets within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the diabetes space.
  • Implement effective customer loyalty initiatives to drive repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and consistently demonstrate expertise in discussing and demonstrating our medication.
  • Become a subject matter expert in diabetes medication and stay current with industry trends and developments.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Ensure all administrative duties are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a scientific field.
  • 1-2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in the cardiometabolic space, or a strong background in B2B sales with a scientific foundation.
  • A proven track record of sales success and ability to close deals.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • A can-do attitude and commitment to upholding company values and integrity.

Compensation and Benefits:

$75-100k base salary, uncapped commissions up to $115k-140k, $750/month car allowance, all expenses covered, 401k, and great benefits.
