About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to join our Client Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of new client installations, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute implementation plans, coordinating with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Provide leadership and subject matter expertise to clients, ensuring they understand our systems, tools, and processes.
  • Proactively communicate with clients to address their needs, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and service teams, to develop solutions and document potential issues.
  • Liaise with clients, brokers, and HR platforms to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Coordinate training and communication strategies to ensure clients have the necessary skills and knowledge to utilize our services effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of directly related experience is required.
  • Superior organizational, multi-tasking, influencing, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
  • Ability to demonstrate internal diplomacy and influencing skills with sales, service, and internal cross-functional areas.
  • Professional business demeanor and ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial capacity with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking skills, and autonomous working capability.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,190 - $75,250 per year, depending on location and experience.
