Job Description

Tristarr Recruiting is seeking a highly accomplished and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to investigate various industries, existing and new, locate appropriate opportunities for each of our sales divisions and support bringing opportunities to fruition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hunt for New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in directed areas where our capabilities can be utilized.
  • Research and Qualify Opportunities: Research appropriate industries for opportunities with qualified potential customers and work closely with our sales teams to explore and exploit new opportunities.
  • Develop and Implement Growth Plans: Develop and initiate plans with 12 to 24 month timelines to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Build Relationships and Drive Sales: Identify and evaluate growth opportunities within current customers, develop and initiate plans to drive sales growth, and work closely with our sales teams to build initial relationships and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Support Company Culture and Capabilities: Understand, follow, and support our company culture and capabilities, and successfully convey them to qualified prospects.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate and work effectively with our sales teams, other departments, and external teams as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, and five or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certifications and Licenses: PA or CO Vehicle Representative Commercial Sales License, valid driver's license.
