Qualifications:

  • Proficient in data management with strong skills in MS Office.
  • Experience in managing invoicing processes and utilizing JDE for task completion.
  • Demonstrated experience as a recruitment administrator, HR administrator, or a comparable position.
  • Familiarity with scheduling interviews.
  • Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR-related software.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Understanding of relevant laws and regulations regarding recruitment and hiring processes is highly advantageous.
