Position: Construction Site Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and high-quality standards. Effective communication of project milestones and efficient management of subcontractors will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities
- Guarantee compliance with safety and quality standards
- Report on project developments
- Oversee subcontractor management and site logistics
Required Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in construction
- Proficient project management and communication abilities
- OSHA 30 certification
- Capability to interpret construction plans
- Experience with federal construction agreements
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements
Preference will be given to qualified Native American Indian applicants.
