We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Manager for Product Development to spearhead the marketing and launch initiatives for our advanced uninterruptible power supply solutions within the Transactional & Edge sector of Schneider Electric's Secure Power Division. Our offerings are extensively utilized in Smart Home applications, Small & Medium Businesses (SMB), enterprise server environments, network closets, data centers, and Industrial IoT settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify target audiences, comprehend customer challenges, and execute customer journey mapping.
- Craft product and portfolio messaging, positioning, and succinct value propositions tailored to specific personas and market routes.
- Formulate launch strategies, planning, and timelines to maximize market impact.
- Develop marketing and sales enablement resources to assist sales teams and channel partners in promoting products and solutions. This includes, but is not limited to, brochures, sales guides, FAQs, datasheets, social media content, email campaigns, landing pages, web banners, and other digital marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the Global Strategic Marketing team to co-create impactful marketing campaigns and narrate compelling customer success stories that facilitate the ramp-up of new offerings in various regions.
- Work alongside the E-commerce team to produce Rich Media Content for Ecommerce syndication across multiple regions.
- Partner with product and R&D teams to generate technical documentation such as setup sheets, submittal drawings, 3D renderings, bid specifications, and competitor analyses.
- Lead video content storyboarding and guide third-party agencies in producing videos and lifestyle creative assets.
- Oversee the digital journey of the T&E portfolio, including landing pages and product selection pathways.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing within the B2B sector.
- Strong understanding of current market trends in IT and Data Center industries is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing and developing marketing programs with measurable, data-driven outcomes.
- Exceptional copywriting abilities to translate complex technical concepts into persuasive marketing content with clear value propositions.
- Demonstrated history of delivering high-quality marketing materials under tight deadlines.
- Advanced project management skills and experience working cross-functionally.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience in launching new products from inception to completion with documented success.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Canva, and other design tools.
