  • Communication and Scheduling: Professionally handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or taking accurate messages as needed. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the Agent and Team Members, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Administrative Support: Assist clients with general inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information. Efficiently process incoming and outgoing mail, process payments, and keep activity logs on our CRM application.
  • Team Collaboration: Support administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation, to contribute to the smooth operation of the agency.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational abilities and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using office equipment, including phone systems and computer software.
