  • Administrative Support: Assist clients with general inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information. Efficiently process incoming and outgoing mail, process payments, and keep activity logs on our CRM application.
  • Team Collaboration: Support administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation, to contribute to the smooth operation of the agency.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational abilities and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using office equipment, including phone systems and computer software.
